Andrew Scott is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and coaching supervisor, working primarily with Universities (and associated bodies, such as AHUA) in the UK.
For the last 20 years he has worked with both academics and professional services staff across more than 20 UK HEIs, running highly successful development and skills training workshops, facilitating meetings and conferences, and coaching individuals at all levels, from frontline academics and services staff to VCs and COOs.
His work is particularly informed by Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment, his own Shifting Stories approach, his wide and eclectic reading, and his philosophy that individuals matter.
