All of the work undertaken by the company draws upon the organisational journeys that Keith and his associates have themselves led and experienced.

A feature of the company’s recent work has been reviewing governance and management arrangements. This has taken the form of full governance effectiveness reviews; also, consideration of providers’ arrangements within wider consultancy projects, including OFS registration and positioning/preparing for DAPs. Keith and key associates hold non-executive roles with a number of providers.
