MY Consultants is an education sector training and organisational development consultancy that supports individuals and teams in harnessing the knowledge and skills they need to enable them to deliver meaningful improvements in the workplace. Working with over 20 HEIs MY Consultants has delivered over 2,500 training, coaching and facilitation interventions to over 30,000 staff in HEIs. Through the delivery of leadership programmes, bespoke training and coaching we enable individuals to be effective leaders, researchers, and managers. We support organisational development through working with clients to facilitate strategic thinking, review and reflect on performance (including evaluation projects), and design meaningful ways to enhance the organisational outcomes. As an organisation focussed on HE interventions are designed specifically to engage with the culture and context of HEIs and reflect the strategic challenges that HEIs face.
