We support universities and colleges to become more enterprising and entrepreneurial. As a not for profit owned by universities we work with the HE and FE sector bringing together expertise and best practice in entrepreneurial leadership and practice. Our purpose is to ensure that higher and further education builds its entrepreneurial capacity. We do that by:
- Supporting leaders to develop skills and tools to respond positively and innovatively to the challenges brought about by uncertainty and change.
- Providing specialist knowledge and resource to build enterprise and entrepreneurial practice.
- Engaging internationally, with Governments and universities/colleges to share practice, and build collaborative programmes in enterprise and entrepreneurship.
Our programmes include development programmes supporting the development of agile and creative leadership skills so FE and HE leaders can lead effectively and respond to the rapidly changing environment. Our programmes are now in their 11th year and there is a strong network of past participants in senior leadership roles across FE and HE supporting each other.
We have unique insight into enterprise and entrepreneurial practice in higher education through our annual survey which has been running over 10 years. Using this unique resource and our expert team we can assess practice, benchmark against peers and advise on areas for development, and growth.
