Diane Grayson is a specialist in higher education, physicist, STEM educator and systems thinker. With over 35 years of experience as an academic, manager and leader, she has substantial expertise in research-based teaching and learning and curriculum design, policy development, quality assurance, change management, project management, systems thinking and evaluation.
She has high cultural competence, having worked in several countries and collaborated with colleagues, government agencies and organisations in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America.
She manifests her life-long commitment to social justice through research-based educational initiatives designed to promote equity and overcome systemic inequities.
