Paul specialises his consultancy work within the FE sector. He has worked at senior level within a mainstream GFE college and has served as a director within an Independent Training Provider.
As a current serving Ofsted Inspector Paul is able to balance the real-life problems with Ofsted feedback solutions. Using Ofsted methodology to cover and consultant on the four key judgements:

- Leadership and Management
