Kirsteen Coupar is a managing consultant at Kirk Consultancy and a former Executive Director of Student Services for the London South Bank University Group. She was responsible for student experience for a university, further education college and two engineering academies.
Kirsteen has worked for over 15 years in senior leadership roles in universities in the UK and New Zealand and has a further 15 years experience in the voluntary sector. She is a member of the AMOSSHE Executive (The Student Services Organisation).
Kirsteen offers consultancy services in student affairs, professional services, student experience, access and participation, employee engagement, change management and evaluation. She is also available for interim roles.
She has a first class honours B.Soc.Sc in Psychology and Philosophy, an MA in Philosophy and an MBA. She is also a chartered member of CIPD.
