Let’s Talk Racial Identity Ltd was founded by Naomi Alormele through recognition of a need for bespoke services and training that focuses specifically on Racial identity. At Let’s Talk Racial Identity our consultancy work is informed by research and lived experiences. Our services support both the public, private and voluntary sector with the promotion of equitable strategies to amplify the voices of racially minoritised individuals and groups. We offer a range of services including workshops and public lectures in several areas including: Anti-racist practice, racial identities, racial trauma, being an active ally, racism, and white privilege. We also offer educational packages to promote a sense of belonging and inclusive workplace cultures.
