Noelle Rumball is a consultant and interim manager, with particular expertise in data, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
She has a background in internal audit, and has personally completed 12 HESES returns; 11 HESA Student Returns (incl. two Data Futures); 10 HESA Aggregate Offshore Returns; and 4 HESA ITT Returns. She can provide interim cover, maturity model assessments, and tailored training for most schedule 1 returns.
She has over 20 years’ experience in business intelligence and strategic performance reporting, including KPI and interactive dashboard design. This includes recruitment and clearing reporting, TEF and REF dashboards, student number planning, and the annual review cycle for Departments/Schools/Faculties.
Noelle has worked with over 20 higher education providers across a variety of sizes, specialisms, and OfS registration statuses. She is also the Chair of the Audit Committee at Leeds Arts University and the Co-Chair of the University of Bristol Students’ Union.
