Rob Drury (he/him) is a consultant with experience primarily from within the higher education sector, having worked in-house at UK universities and students’ unions, and as an external consultant with sector bodies and universities. His background is within HR, People & Culture, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), with additional abilities in governance, strategy, and project management.

Rob is able to support institutions and departments in areas including:
