Susannah is a freelance HE consultant and has worked on well over 40 assignments. Her professional background is as a Director of Student & Academic Services and Registrar and her consultancy work spans strategic development, academic development, student-facing policy and academic regulation, quality assurance, governance reviews, organisational reviews and matters relating to the OfS. She is also formally trained as both a workplace mediator and a misconduct and complaint case investigator.
Her client base ranges from large universities to small specialist institutions, including on-line and private providers.
Susannah has over 25 years experience working in the sector, including 8 years as a member of a University Executive Committee and Senate. She has an evidenced reputation for thoughtful and people-focused solutions, and that is reflected in the client-centred approach she takes to each piece of work.
Alongside her consultancy, Susannah is the founder and presenter of the Job Shadowing HE podcast which profiles the people working in Higher Education. She is a member of the Board of Governors at the Central School of Ballet, and is a Fellow of the Association of Higher Education Professionals.
