Vikki is a very experienced UK HE leader and senior manager with a wide variety of experience in corporate development, strategic management, planning and performance, change management and organisational development, business intelligence, academic partnerships and research strategy and policy.
She has substantial experience of working at Executive level and with Board members to achieve Institutional objectives and continuous improvement. She has 30 years experience in the UK HE sector having worked at four Universities including as a Registrar and COO.
Vikki has worked at the Universities of Manchester, Salford, Liverpool and Bradford. As well as being Registrar and COO at Salford, she has been Director of Operations for the two largest Humanities and Biology, Medicine and Health Faculties in the UK at the University of Manchester. Previously she was Director of Planning at the University of Liverpool so has a wide spread of experience gained within the sector.
She has also served on committees at AdvanceHE, HESA and HEFCE as well as being a member of the Board of Trustees of AUA and previously on the Executive of the Association of Heads of University Administration.
