Pauline Miller Judd is a leadership facilitator and coach specialising in the development of middle managers and teams across the higher and further education sectors. With a background in higher education leadership and a passion for empowering people to lead with impact, Pauline works with both academic and professional services staff to help them navigate the complexities of leadership in a changing education environment.
Her approach combines evidence-based leadership frameworks with practical tools that enable managers to build confidence, enhance team performance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Pauline designs and delivers interactive workshops and group facilitation sessions as well as offering one-to-one or team coaching that encourages reflection, authentic dialogue and actionable learning.
Over the past several years, Pauline has worked with NCEE plus a range of universities and colleges to strengthen leadership capability, supporting participants to manage transitions, lead through change and align their teams with organisational strategy and values. Her sessions focus on areas such as entrepreneurial thinking, communication and influence, strategic thinking and wellbeing in leadership.
